McCall's Sample Apron

This is a vintage 60s sample sewing pattern for a hostess apron.
Easy-to-make Apron has pleated side front fullness, double waistband with extending single ends to tie at center back. Apron and tie ends finished with narrow machine-stitched hems. Large patch pockets. Optional rick-rack braid on waistline, tie ends and pockets, held in place with hand embroidery-Zig-zag stitch over regular rickrack and Couching stitch over baby rick rack. Pocket has 2 Cross Stitch rows at center when checked fabric is used. If checked fabric is not used, rick-rack can be substituted for Cross Stitch.
